This plan aims to minimize the impact on our stakeholders and maintain our essential functions under various scenarios.

Scope

This BCP covers key aspects of ChattyAI operations, focusing on critical functions that are essential to our business continuity, including data storage and backups, employee accessibility to work remotely, and customer service continuity.

Objectives

• Ensure the continuous performance of ChattyAI’s critical functions.
• Minimize the potential downtime and speed up the recovery process.
• Protect the interests of key stakeholders, employees, and customers.
• Mitigate risks related to data loss and breaches.

Assumptions

• The BCP will be activated in scenarios such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or any events causing the primary office location to be inaccessible or operational capabilities to be significantly compromised.
• Employees have the means to work remotely, including access to necessary technology and secure internet connections.
